He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is also a certified kettlebell instructor. Cory has more than 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning and has worked with all age and skill levels ranging from children to professional athletes. She attended Tennessee State University earning her Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her time as a physical therapist, Shelby has specialized in working with older adults, post stroke patients, and pelvic health issues.
